The status of the worker unfolds according to a scheme which takes into account the strengthening of the career of the person all along his professional life . It builds up from realistic proposals, therefore workable .

Among the different stages that punctuate a professional life, CFTC has examined the risks of break and considered the measures which do not exist today but which could either avoid them, or enable people to get back on one’s feet after such ruptures. First of all it’s a matter of avoiding a spiral towards precariousness and of permitting on the contrary the construction of the career path and the chosen mobility .

A label for the company agreements

The CFTC created in October 2006 a Research Institute of the Worker’s Status in order to put a label on the company agreements that match with its purposes, either those which suggest innovative measures going beyond the current legislation or implementing this legislation in a concerted and dynamic way .
